publication elation!!

Publication class draft number 364. There are some wonky formatting things going on here, but this gives you an idea of what I am doing. Ignore the white bar on the contents page and in the tornado. They shouldn't be there, and I will make sure the final posting is sans layer errors. The covers have also been updated.
